The purpose of the Labor Relations Division (LRD) is to provide labor relations services to its members who are signatory to a collective bargaining agreement(s); to promote harmony and understanding between contractors and labor organizations; and to establish reasonable and competitive wage rates and working conditions in the construction industry.
